“Eric was one of a number of bidders on our major remodel in Laguna Beach which started in 2008-9. After referencing Eric and looking at the depth of his bid, he got the job. Eric worked closely with out architect (Tim Nicol), our designer (Randy Boyd) and our landscape designer (Peter Evans). The project was a major one and concluded on time and on budget. The finished home is a testament to Eric’s capabilities. We were told by many people that you rarely finish a major remodel and remain on speaking terms with your contractor.
