This lower Three Arch Bay home, designed by Nicol Architecture and Thurston Boyd Interiors, was completed in 2010. This ocean view home exemplifies the definition of Laguna Beach living: elegance, warmth and inviting. Open beam coffered ceilings, 200 year old Heart Pine plank flooring, and wood paneling throughout lend to this project. Attention to detail was paramount and accomplished by an imaginative cooperative team.
